• Birthdate and Playing level (A, B1, etc.)
• Association
• Parent Name and Contact Number
• Association Website or Game/Practice Schedule

Team Selection Criteria

1) Be invited outright by a Minnesota Magician Hockey Coach

2) Attend a Tryout Evaluation and then be invited on a Team

3) Contact the Minnesota Magicians directly to have a coach scout a regular season game/practice
